You could possibly get a wheel spacer/adapter. Check out this website. Go to the 5 lug adapter (with pattern conversion) and go to the 3rd page at the bottom.

you can run as big of tires you want on 5 lug wheels. l have friends who 4 wheel and they run 44 inch tires on 5 lug wheels. if your going to drive it on the street they will hold up just fine. as for changing them wheel adapters would be weaker. swaping axles from a donor or junk yard truck is your best bet.

By buying a 4x4 as they have 6 lugs in the 88-98 models.
