Ok so left me say first, I am located in Canada. It seems that camaros get cheaper the farther south you look. The guy wants 4000 for this but l could probably get him down some.

Selling a 1985 T-Top Z28 Camaro. 350 engine rebuilt with 350hp, Edelbrock Carb, Accel Iginition coil and wires, Hooker Headers and Mandrel bent Crossover pipe, original exhuast the rest of the way back. Rebuilt 700R4 transmission with mild shift kit 1000kms ago. All new brakes rotors and drums. 141000kms on the car. Driver side floor pan changed. One spot over the left rear that needs to redone from previous owner repair and nose damaged a little(**talked to the guy and its only paint missing the nose is NOT damaged**) which the Bra covers.Spray bombed Fiber glass hood.Interior is 90% finishedl have the top piece for the interior but it would need to be reupholstered, dash pad is mint.Most window and door seals have been changed. l have more than $4000 into this car and l really don''t wanna go any lower. This car will pass a safety, if l get close to the asking l would safety it.

Well that is the ultimate Redneck ride but if u can get past that they did not make T-Tops very long in the Camaro so that is a rarity in itself

From the pictures it looks pretty clean l would say 3 would be reasonable for it though

You never get what u put into a car so do not let him bully u into thinking it is worth more then it is

Dude l dropped close to 6 grand parts & a 7 thousand dollars paint job in my Mustang & only got 3500 & it was mint

What can u do it was an 89 1/2 that is what they look at not how much is invested unless it is a classic which an old IROC Z is not

If u want to insult him,sure, offer him less. But he just told u specifically how much he has into it, not including the cost of the car...and that he does not want to go lower.

While people do not usually get out of a vehicle what they put into it, his second statement should tell u immediately that he is pretty firm on the price.

$4000 is fairly reasonable for a good looking, well kept car like that.

Take it or leave it.

do not buy it. The engine itself that is gonna burn a huge hole in your wallet. It is going to cost you few more thousand bucks in restoring and fixing it.

$2500 tops.
