ok, so l have a 1987 Chevrolet Camaro (third gen) and my front end has a crach and some bad paint. Should l just buy a new front end bumper. or would it look just as good with a bra?

nothin wrong with running around in just a bra

l have a 1986 camaro Z28 and the bottom front on passenger side was hit. l put a bra on it and it looks great you cant even tell. To help out on mine the car is a deep green and the black bra makes it look even better my grand kids call it Zorro lol

Here is something l just did to my '95 Camaro - it was delivered to me by an idiot who did not know not to wail it up onto the carrier, & it had several spots on the front bumper that were scraped clear down to the plastic.

l sanded the damaged areas with 120, then 220 grit sandpaper, feathering out onto the good paint. l then used a couple coats of high-build primer to clean up the transition, & sanded with 320 grit paper.

l then put a call into expresspaint.com with my car is paint code. l ordered 1 can of primer, 2 cans of color & 2 cans of clear - they match ur car color, & can get u aerosol cans of good urethane paint.

l masked it all off, & painted it myself in my driveway. It took a good bit of work, but the end result is fantastic.

The crack can be repaired - look for the kits online that r good for repairing flexible bumpers (my local Strauss auto stocks the kits). A little judicious repair work & some patience with the high build primer will give u a foundation for a nearly invisible repair, if u have the patience.

Personally, l think bras r better on women than cars.

you need to put a bumper on it .. running just the bra could affect the cooling of the engine .being the camaro trans-am,firebirds all have the same style of air deflectors that direct air in to the radiators and depend on bumper to mount too.. if your bumper is ok other than a crack and bad paint it would be ok to cover it up with a bra.. but l look a front of a car like a nice set of boobs ..why cover it with bra.. so l would just get the bumper fixed and show it off..
