l got a 1994 camaro ss and recetly it has been losing power from the battery. It haves a sub and an amp and it losses power. l got a brand new battery, and when l start the car it seems like it doesnt wanna start but then it does. Any ideas on what can be causing this, l already have disonnected the amp and sub and it seems to have improved.

IT improved because there is now less drain on the battery. l would check the starter, most autoparts stores will check them for you. If the starter motor isnt cranking at full power, it will draw more current.

It sounds like it could be a short in your alternator my have a short in it drawing down your battery, you can have that checked with it in the car. If your car turns over slow when you try to start it, it may be your timing may be off. That is about all l can think off. l hope l helped.

Replace the Alternator
Buy a capacitor and put it on the bass amp
this will stop the lost of power when the stereo is on.
Check the gages of the wire coming from the amps to the battery.
It should be at lease a 4 gage wire.

There is no such thing as a 1994 SS - the first fourth gen SS was 1996!

First of all make sure when you turn your car off that the amp is also turning off. It may be staying on and draining your battery.
