Theft system is active. You can try leaving the key on engine off for 10 minutes and then try to restart, but those theft sensors are VERY common to go bad and will probably need replacing.

you need to take it to chevy dealership, this is a code from theft deterant system. They can pull code and tell you what you need to do.
