How rare is my automatic '94 Z28 convertible with it is original rims and costom paint job? The paint on it is dark green with a black stripe going through the top.

no too rare. you can find them with a short amount of search time. if you can get a stingray, or something that is not just a badge, then you have something worth keeping or building to sell in later years.

It is a rare late model Camaro! They did not make many Camaro convertibles in '94. l just did a search on autotrader and l only found 45 1994 Camaro convertibles for sale anywhere. That includes everything from V6 models to Z/28's.
